Emmy Awards 2024 nominati: da “The Bear” a “The Crown”, i candidati

Sono state recentemente rese note le candidature degli Emmy Awards 2024, gli Oscar televisivi statunitensi. A fare incetta di nomination sono le serie Shōgun e The Bear, entrambe targate Disney+, rispettivamente a quota 25 e 23 candidature. Di seguito, tutti i nominati.

Si terrà nella notte tra il 15 settembre e il 16 settembre la cerimonia di premiazione degli Emmy Awards 2024. Nell’attesa, Tony Hale e Sheryl Lee Ralph hanno reso note le candidature, basate sulle scelte dei circa 24 mila membri dell’Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, che hanno riservato diverse sorprese. In vetta tra i titoli più nominati spicca la seconda stagione di The Bear, con Jeremy Allen White, che, grazie alle 23 nomination conseguite, è divenuta la serie comica con più candidature in una sola edizione, battendo il record precedentemente detenuto da 30 Rock dal 2009, con 22 nomination.

Ma è Shōgun – anch’essa come The Bear targata Disney+ – la vera rivelazione dell’anno, grazie alle 25 candidature ottenute. Terzo titolo più nominato è la serie Only Murders in the Building, con Steve Martin, Selena Gomez e Martin Short.

Spazio anche a Netflix, che in The Crown 6 (18 candidature) e nella miniserie rivelazione Baby Reindeer vede le sue punte di diamante. In particolare, quest’ultima ha permesso all’attrice Nava Mau di conseguire uno storico primato: è difatti la prima attrice trans nella storia dei Premi Emmy a ricevere la candidatura come Attrice Non Protagonista in Una Miniserie, Serie Antologica o Film Tv.
